Totally disappointed, lack of professionalism.
Would not recommend.
I received the pannier kit in plastic packaging, when I took it out of the parcel (envelope in good condition), I immediately saw on the back of the pannier that the plastic had been cut across its width (cutter style), I removed the plastic bag and the fabric of the pannier was indeed slashed across its width. I find it unprofessional to have sent the product when it was visible. I'm disappointed, it's not the price but the principle, I buy a new product, not to receive a damaged product.
