Muy mala, todavía no a llegado el pedido tendría que haber llegado el día 8 de noviembre y eso que pagué un suplemento para que llegara más rápido y sigue sin llegar un nefasto servicio, e llamado más de 5 veces a la empresa y me han tenido a la esperaas de 40 minutos en una de las llamadas me cogieron el teléfono ya que no llegaba el producto ye han dicho que el pedido está enviado pero nada a casa no llega, un mal.I will not buy again in this shop and I am still waiting if the product arrives I am considering if it arrives or I lost the money and the product.

Ordered a battery for my watch (Garmin Fenix 3+tool)
Have not received the parcel yet (Saturday 12-06-21. It was ordered on 2-6-2. According to DAO they have not received the parcel yet.
Have written 2 times to customer "service", they do not think I should be worried (?). I'm not worried, I just want my parcel now.
Apparently it's a German company. But apparently it's a long way from Berlin to Horsens.
So SEND me a new parcel or admit you don't have the battery in stock. Fools! and armature gnomes!
