I ordered a battery for my Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E531 and it was clearly written on their site that the battery was compatible with my laptop (serial number to support it) but in the end it was not compatible. Lenovo says that it is not an official battery and that they will certainly not be able to charge it, so once Windows starts it does not charge, I tried all the solutions on the internet to resolve this and in the end nothing helped, a shame... I am waiting for them to come back with a refund or a battery that would definitely be compatible.
