The second replacement battery does not work either !!!

I took a closer look at the whole thing because it seemed strange to me that two spare parts were both not working.
My result:
- The battery itself is perfectly fine. It was charged to 70% and had the correct voltage and shape.
- The malfunction is caused by the plug. The plug is faulty on both of the replacement batteries you supplied.
- The plug of the original battery engages correctly in the socket on the circuit board.
- The plugs of your rechargeable batteries do not engage and then slip out of the socket at the slightest cable movement. Consequence: no contact, no function.
I was able to work around this manufacturing defect provisionally by cutting off the old original plug from the old original battery and soldering it to the battery you supplied: Everything now works wonderfully - but it is still only a makeshift tinkering solution.
Result: The battery you supplied seems to be OK, but the plug on it is inferior. In my opinion, you should remove such a 'cheap Chinese spare part' from your range because it does not fulfil its purpose.

Ich habe mir das ganze etwas genauer angesehen, weil es mir seltsam erschien, dass zwei Ersatzteile beide nicht funktionieren.
Mein Ergebnis:
- Der Akku selbst ist völlig in Ordnung. Er war zu 70% aufgeladen und hatte die richtige Spannung und die richtige Bauform.
- Die Fehlfunktion entsteht durch den Stecker. Der Stecker ist bei beiden von Ihnen gelieferten Ersatzakkus fehlerhaft.
- Der Stecker des Original-Akkus rastet in die Buchse auf der Platine richtig ein.
- Die Stecker Ihrer Akkus rasten nicht ein und rutschen anschließend bei der kleinsten Kabelbewegung aus der Buchse heraus. Konsequenz: kein Kontakt, keine Funktion.
Ich konnte diesen Herstellungsfehler provisorisch umgehen, indem ich den alten Originalstecker vom alten Original-Akku abgeschnitten habe und an den von Ihnen gelieferten Akku angelötet habe: Alles funktioniert jetzt wunderbar - es ist aber trotzdem nur provisorische Bastel-Lösung.
Ergebnis: Der von Ihnen gelieferte Akku scheint okay zu sein, aber der Stecker daran ist minderwertig. Einen solches 'chinesischen Billig-Ersatzteil' sollten Sie m.E. aus dem Programm nehmen, weil es seinen Zweck nicht erfüllt.
