1. shipping with DHL selected, but then shipped via DPD.
2. no free return label. You have to pay the postage yourself.

Das Produkt wurde entsprechend der Beschreibung geliefert. Allerdings gestaltet sich der Akku-Tausch im entsprechenden Staubsauger derart schwierig, dass ich als Laie das Handtuch geworfen habe und den Artikel zurückgeschickt habe.
Abzug bei den Sternen gibt es aus folgenden Gründen:
